They didn’t communicate well. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. I asked about payment plan and was told there wasn’t one, then I read that out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. Took 2 1/2 hours for oil change & car wash with an appointment on a weekday. No remote control in waiting room to change tv, even after requested. No cords in phone charging stations. Outlandish hourly rate for service. They charge as if they are doctors working on your vehicle. Then when you question them on it, they will reduce the price.
