My work order states that the tires were rotated but they weren’t. I replaced the right rear tire a few months ago and that same tire is still rear right. So I’m wondering what other work wasn’t completed! More

Good afternoon!! The gentleman I dealt with was really nice. My only issue was that we made a deal and shook hands on a price and at the end I had to negotiate a little bit to bring it down some because it was higher than a agreed monthly amount. I did expect them to honor what we agreed to but I can’t make them. They should’ve honored what they said without me having to negotiate. I know the difference wasn’t much but a deal is a deal and I was disappointed it went up!!
