I did not feel comfortable during the purchasing process. Also, I feel you lie to me and, in fact, you did that couple of time during the process. I guess that's the way all vehicles dealership are. In a side suggestions, you should add a better waiting area and a nicer showroom experience adding maybe plants, better seating areas, nice scent, etc... Another note, one of your sales rep needs to lower his energy and let customers talk. I think the main propose of the sales person is to listen to the customer and learn what the customer needs. More
