Although it took over a week to fix a factory transmission problem for a 2nd time, OMAR my service guy was wonderful. Called me and updated me throughout the process. I brought my 2019 Silverado in for service yesterday 5/19/2021. My truck currently has 14,000 miles and I brought it in for a check engine light. My terrible experience started when the service writer, 5/19/2021. My truck currently has 14,000 miles and I brought it in for a check engine light. My terrible experience started when the service writer, Omar tried to sell me 850 dollars of needless service. The service writer first tried to sell me an oil change, with 50%of the oil life remaining. Second issue was a front brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing even though there is pad life left on the front brakes. Why would anyone resurface rotors, when there is pad life left on the brakes! Third during my tire rotation a nail was discovered in my passenger rear tire, a patch was attempted to be sold to me at a price of 90 dollars! After denying this service the writer told me the passenger rear is now the passenger front, this is not the correct way to rotate tires. The rear passenger should become the driver side front, pure incompetence. Fourth the wheel lock was left in the cup holder of my truck, instead of being placed back in the glove box where it belongs. Lastly, and most importantly, I discovered a scratch in the driver side door that was not present before I dropped the truck off for service. It looks like the door was carelessly opened and struck a wall or another vehicle. The scratch is so severe it is through the clear coat. It is clear to me the service department does not care about your vehicle and the writers will sell you anything to make a buck. I am disgusted with Grieco Chevrolet and after the warranty service is completed on Thursday I will never be back. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and they have lost a customer for life! More

NO xx Now on the other side, after 3 days of the purchase the car started acting weird and there were some electrical elements that needed to be checked (Something making contact with the ac display and lights) I called to bring the car in and obviously they were supposed to provide a loaner car. First they said they have it. well... i ended up renting a Turo car from one of the employees with my own money. Pretty sure they won't be able to fix the issue unless they send my car to Maserati so probably won't be able to have it anytime soon... but hey what do i know. To be continued...i will eventually open a podcast on my platforms with episodes lol. More
