Worst dealership for service. Every step of the way they were uncooperative in getting my car taken care of. On multiple occasions I took my car here because they had one of the few volt mechanics in the a were uncooperative in getting my car taken care of. On multiple occasions I took my car here because they had one of the few volt mechanics in the area and this was close to home. Most recently my car had catastrophic battery failure. I was told my car was fine there while I made arrangements with my finance company, When my finance company attempted pick up they were sent away and I was informed shortly after that my car had been impounded and a lean placed on it by the dealership. I would t trust anything anyone at this dealership says or does. They are shady and will screw you over at every turn. More
Everyone -- from sales person Matt Engels down -- was courteous and obliging. I had to wait because the car was being brought from another location. Appointment at 11am got there at 10:45 was helped by Mr Ruben Perez. He said 2-3 hr I came back at 3pm and he was very rude. Told me they didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle after 4 hours. After saying he was about to get car then he comes back with 4 problems on the car. So no im not sure that they even check my car out. But I paid 200 for something I don't believe I received. Never again will I go back there should of just sticked with my normal Chevy on 441 lauderhill. More

Except for Kai the service department here is a joke. The lack of communication is frustrating to say the least. At least when I CALLED Kai he got info for me.
