Horrendous service, they bait you with the online price, then tell you you’re not eligible for the discounts. Then the draw on a blank piece of paper making up numbers. I ended up buying my lease and they charged me an extra $2,000 than another dealership, I had no choice at this point as they already transferred by registration. They are a shady business that is not upfront with their financials which is probably why I had to wait 3 hours for a finance manager. Every time I passed by their office, people were complaining, I’m surprised this is acceptable. UPDATE: They actually care about their reviews. I received a check for the amount I was overcharged, but I should’ve never have gone through all of it and the wait times are still ridiculous. More

Made an appointment for 0800. I forgot to tell them the lock key was in the center console for my lug nuts. I called 5 minutes after I left and told the service lady where it was she said she would pass i lock key was in the center console for my lug nuts. I called 5 minutes after I left and told the service lady where it was she said she would pass it on to Jonathan, at 10:30am I got a call saying they looked through my whole truck and couldn't find the key for the locking lug nuts I asked if the lady told them where it was the service guy said no, I said well thats a problem as I put it in the center this morning when I loaded up the tires. Said they would look again and call me back. Never called me back to let me know they found it around 12:47pm they called to say it was ready. If I had know it would take over 4 hours to install two tires so I could leave for a road trip to Atlanta i would have gone somewheres else. No courtesy wash, no vacuum, no fluid checks done. Washer fluid was empty truck was a half quarte low on oil. Over all disappointed with my first time bringing my truck to them 2 months after buying a new truck from them for around $25.000 dollars. No apologies for anything and no empathy or acknowledgement of their screw up. As a 10 year 12 tours of combat veteran in Iraq and Afghanistan taking responsibility for your mistakes is huge to me when I decide where I spend my money. Not very impressed to say the least. Wasn't really Jonathans fault that the lady who answers the phones didn't tell him that I called and told her where the key was for the lock nuts. I don't understand either how they text me about my appointment 2 days earlier that I had made then claimed they didn't have my phone number to call me. Not to mention my phone number is on the side of my truck from my business sign on both front doors. Attention to detail kept me alive across 12 tours of combat. Clearly not the case here. Not likely that i will be bringing my trucks back here again after this. The girl who answers the phone in the service department could maybe learn some friendliness she is very dry and seems rude on the phone. More
Don’t even call. Stay away. Waste of time. Typical car sales dealer. I spoke to a representative “Omar” at this location around lunch time in the middle of the work week. I was very specific on the model sales dealer. I spoke to a representative “Omar” at this location around lunch time in the middle of the work week. I was very specific on the model (Tahoe or Suburban), drivetrain, a few other wants, and was told they had a handful of Tahoe’s and a few Suburbans (that checked the boxes I wanted). I arrived two hours later to an empty showroom (ZERO customers and sales reps). After speaking with someone and asking for Omar, I was detoured to another sales rep and once again voiced my specifics. He accompanied me to the lot and showed me the only “Tahoe” they had available, of which didn’t not meet my specifics. I voiced my opinion as to where the 6-8 cars “Omar” told me about and he gave me a sob story about how they could have been sold. After wasting my time on a “oh we found one suburban on the lot” that was inflated in price by nearly 12k over MSRP, he basically told me I should consider a Trail Boss Silverado. What?! I was there to make a deal and came prepared to drive home the new vehicle that day. More
