I’ve been 5 times for same problem with my 2020 Suburban. I had a terrible experience. I received a letter in the mail that stated there any be a problem with my car with a specific code. This code had not been found by your mechanic. I picked up my car, paid $16 mail that stated there any be a problem with my car with a specific code. This code had not been found by your mechanic. I picked up my car, paid $160, took it straight to AutoZone and miraculously they where able to pull up the specified code. I took my car straight back to the dealer, and they fixed the problem. I was told by Khai, that the manager, Oliver, only gave permission to fix the problem and not give the refund. If I had not taken it to AutoZone I would have never had the paperwork to prove the defect. I have been completely taken advantage of. Thank you for showing me the worst customer service experience. I went in for a repair with a TSB due to a manufacturer error for the fob disconnecting to the car after changing the battery. I was charged $100 for the reprogramming and a surcharge of 20% that they say error for the fob disconnecting to the car after changing the battery. I was charged $100 for the reprogramming and a surcharge of 20% that they say they charge everyone. The service representative said there was a code coming up even though there was no check engine light. He wanted to change the gas canister even though the first thing that comes up for that code is to check the gas cap to make sure it's tight. And after reprogramming my software the Tom's light was on, which needed to be reset due to the reprogramming that was done but he just left it like that so he could charge more for clearing that code. I really don't trust this dealership now. More
