They ordered parts for my vehicle then never called me when the parts arrived. The service clerk left the company and no one bothered to look at the existing work orders to make sure they all got done. Wh when the parts arrived. The service clerk left the company and no one bothered to look at the existing work orders to make sure they all got done. When I finally got an answer after several tries to see if the parts had arrived I was given a one month wait before they could schedule me in to get the work done. I asked to have the manager call me to work out a sooner appointment, but he never called. I had to go in person to take care of it. To top matters off, when I originally brought the vehicle in I told them I was looking to have warranty work done. They never bothered to see if the work would be covered under warranty, they just told me the parts were ordered and they’d schedule the work when they arrived. Turns out the work wasn’t under warranty and I got stuck with the bill. Sure would have been nice to know this before I waited 3 months to have the work done. If I knew I was going to have to pay for the work I would have gone somewhere else to have it done. On the day of the repair I was told it would be a couple of hours an was asked if I planned to wait for the repair. I’m glad I didn’t stay because the spent over 7 hours on the work and never called me to say it was done. I called them at the end of the day to get an update and they said “no one called you?” Never will I give this company another dime of my money. More

I’m disappointed in the customer service provided by this service department. I purchased a brand new 2020 Expedition and something is constantly going wrong. I filed my first complaint back in July when my transmission needed to be replaced. Here I am in almost November 2023 still Waiting for parts on back order. will NEVER purchases a ford vehicle ever again. Ford has failed to make things right. More
