Hello Bob123456, We took a further look back into your records for your most recent visit. The Front Wheel Splash Shields repair, not covered by Lincoln's warranty, cost $401.72 for parts and labor. The weatherstrip repair you paid for was $181.00. We regret very much that you had an extended delay on the parts, exacerbated by our lack of communication. We admit we were less than perfect, and will do our best to learn from our mistakes.
