Outstanding overall experience I came to look at trucks with the hope to trade my jeep for a slightly used truck. Craig was my sales person and after looking at several trucks found me the exact truck that I wanted brand new for a great price. I would absolutely suggest this dealership to anyone. Craig was absolutely outstanding but I could tell that the entire staff was excellent. My experience with management both sales and finance was easy and enjoyable. This is our first car buying experience over the phone she made it very comfortable and even though we are flying in from another state we knew there would be no surprises. Doesn't perform warranty work I took my F150 there 3 times for 1 issue. They figured out the issue on visit 2 and said they would order the parts. Showed up for 3rd visit to get I took my F150 there 3 times for 1 issue. They figured out the issue on visit 2 and said they would order the parts. Showed up for 3rd visit to get it fixed and no part nor does anyone know when they would have the part. Very little concern. I took to another dealership and the problem was diagnosed, part ordered and fixed in 3 days. I suspect there is some financial incentive for Groove Ford to not do warranty work. I would never recommend Groove Ford to anyone given their lack of service after the sale. More
What happened to businesses caring about the customers? Terrible experience all around. I went in for a scheduled pre lease end inspection, and the person wasn't there, instead the person who came to talk Terrible experience all around. I went in for a scheduled pre lease end inspection, and the person wasn't there, instead the person who came to talk to me said they don't do those, and just to drop it off when I was going to turn it in. Well after turning it in, I got a $4000+ bill on a truck I turned in with 13k less miles than I paid for, and one that I purchased their useless excess wear and tear package on. I tried to work through the dealership, and even offered to buy it out at my lease end price. I was told that they would no longer honor that, and when I asked to have an independent party quote the repairs was ignored both by their customer service person and their GM. Even when I just tried to clarify what my next steps were, since in the last email I received from them, I was told they were waiting to hear back from Ford and they would be back in touch, I couldn't get them to answer. Absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had, and I've gone through 7 cars in 8 years on top of the 5-6 for my ex wife during that same time, so I've had quite a few dealings with several different dealerships, and this is the only one I would never do business with again. More
