Thank goodness for the return policy We recently purchased a new Explorer Sport from Groove Ford and couldn't be happier. We almost purchased an Explorer Platinum from another dealership but couldn't reach an agreement on the price so we came to Groove Ford. There we were helped by Victoria and Gabrielle. After test driving the Explorer Platinum again, we were able to agree on a price and bought the vehicle. One of the papers we signed described their return policy. I asked about this and was told that most dealerships do not offer this. I signed it but thought well who would return a new car. Well, I ended up returning the car the next day. As I live about 30 minutes away, I noticed that 5+ miles into my drive the seats were bothering my legs. As I am taller, the seats seemed too short making the car uncomfortable to drive. We called Victoria when we got home and made arrangements to return the car the next day and look at the Explorer Sport. She was able to find the car we wanted and the fit was a lot more comfortable. Victoria was extremely patient during this process and we couldn't be more please with our whole experience. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Groove Ford and if/when we are in the market for another vehicle will definitely look here first for 1) the friendly service and competitive pricing and 2) the return policy. More

Joe Amaro Joe was a fantastic salesman. Having done a lot of car shopping the last few years, he was the best by far. What I enjoyed the most about working with Joe was a fantastic salesman. Having done a lot of car shopping the last few years, he was the best by far. What I enjoyed the most about working with Joe was that he was not pushy. I personally cannot stand it when a salesman continually asks me "what is holding you back?" "let's get this car in your hands today" and every other "play" in the book. Joe was very knowledgable, and courteous to our needs and Joe did not do this. I really appreciate his patience throughout the whole process. If we had made up our mind on which car we wanted to buy, we would've bought it from Joe, no doubt. His manager though, pushed us away immediately. Joe had left to get us his business card, when he came back, his manager was right behind him. I had already explained to Joe that we were not sure what car we wanted and wanted to explore more options before buying. Joe had no problem with this, he simply told us to please call him if we have made up our mind and that is when he left to grab his business card. The first words out of his managers mouth were "what can we do get you in this car today?" I got the feeling this manager had been in Joe's ear all night long, and wanted to show Joe how to close a deal. What he really did was push a customer away. I hope to never deal with that manager again. Joe on the other hand, I would gladly work with him again and, if they have the car we want, would buy from Joe.
