Mark is absolutely excellent! I placed an inquiry with Groove Ford late on a Wednesday night. By operating hours on Thursday Mark Henry (a salesman with the dealership), got back t I placed an inquiry with Groove Ford late on a Wednesday night. By operating hours on Thursday Mark Henry (a salesman with the dealership), got back to me and took time listening to my very complicated deal on a brand new Ford Fiesta ST they had on the lot. They sold this Fiesta, but Mark found another one on the lot that was absolutely perfect with the same incentives. He worked hard with me on making sure that the deal I got was one that I could not only afford, but also involved a vehicle that I would enjoy driving on a day to day basis. After spending the entirety of his day making sure I was his main priority, Mark made sure that the car was perfectly setup up for me before I left the dealer. Mark + the finance department (Ryan), made this such a great car buying experience, and I will be recommending Groove Ford to everyone! Ps.
