Even though it was parked next to a new lifted truck with custom wheels, my dually stood out on it's own as an awesome truck. These new Ford Trucks practically sell themselves. Having bought about 7 new cars I am used to beating up sales on the price, but at Groove Ford I didn't have to. Scott presented the truck and its options and we discussed what was important to keep or take away to get to my price. Now the Finance battle... not an issue at all. I was able to work down my interest rate with down payment and having my finance guy do the battle to get what I want . Finally, the experience was easy and fun. Gabe is a caring and thoughtful salesperson who I check in with now and then, just to stay in touch and see how she is doing. I can share my experiences with my new truck to help her show new customers things only an owner can know. They make me feel as special returning to visit as the day I was the buyer.
