Felix was also very personable and allowed for me to have fun, taking the anxiety out of the car-buying process, which I really appreciated as a first-time car buyer! Jeremy was very helpful while I finalized paperwork and was fun to talk to during a typically boring process - signing documents! While I did not work directly with Esteban, he was such a welcoming and friendly presence whenever I was in the building and seeing his smile put me at ease during an important decision. I cannot recommend Groove enough, their wonderful staff create the perfect atmosphere and I am SO happy to be a part of the Groove family! :) More
