The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. My Salesman Pepe Gomez is an absolute rockstar. He was the perfect balance of attentive and patient. Pepe knew every detail about the car I was interested in and answered all my technical questions clearly and confidently. I appreciated that I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He genuinely wanted me to find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the test drive experience comfortable and informative. He made me feel valued as a customer, not just a sale. When it came time to crunch the numbers working with Roy in the sales office was equally positive. Roy ensured the financials and paperwork were handled efficiently and fairly. Once they knew I was educated on a fair purchase price and a fair trade price, Roy was upfront about pricing and options, presenting everything clearly without any hidden fees or confusing jargon. The negotiation and closing process was quick and painless, which is rare for a car purchase! He respected my time.
