I scheduled an oil change for 7:00 AM and, upon arriving at the dealership, I asked the service advisor if she could check if I had any remaining oil changes from my maintenance package. She told me she was at the dealership, I asked the service advisor if she could check if I had any remaining oil changes from my maintenance package. She told me she was too busy to look it up because there were other cars that needed to be checked in, which was disappointing. While I waited in the lounge, I noticed other service advisors interacting with their customers about their vehicles, but mine never came to update me. I also didn’t receive any text updates about my car’s status until I was leaving, and I had to remind Jessica Flores that I hadn’t gotten any information. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I think GROUP 1 needs to improve their customer communication. More
