I told him what work I had already completed myself on the service package and what still needed to be done. Joe carefully explained my options which included having the work done immediately and completed within the next 90 minutes. I agreed because Joe's plan fit perfectly into my schedule for that day. Joe explained the scenario to the Service Advisor, Sergio Suarez, who quickly took my RDX to the Technician for servicing.
