When calling to book the appointment the person taking the appointment did not appear to be knowledgeble about how to do it. My appointment was at 11:30am, for an oil change. I waited for my vehicle and did not leave till 3:38 pm. They never let me know how long it would take. If they told me I would be there for four hour waited for my vehicle and did not leave till 3:38 pm. They never let me know how long it would take.
