Took working a/c producing cold air to be checked since twice it had briefly blown only hot air. Was told my entire system was “contaminated” with metal bits...$4500 to repair! Three 3 ago I took a different car here with a/c not working at all; I got the same diagnosis and high estimate. Unfortunately yesterday when I picked up my car to get a second opinion the a/c was no longer working and the system was clogged. No way for a second opinion of the original problem. I bought and serviced 4 Honda’s from Gunn. I had good experiences until about 4 years ago. I will not be returning. More

The only issue we had was the CarFax report was in error and it cost me over $1, helping me and keeping me informed as to the arrival of our vehicle.
