Scheduled service plus recall items Monica (our service advisor) did her ALWAYS OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our maintenance tasks. When we arrived for service, she told us of thre Monica (our service advisor) did her ALWAYS OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our maintenance tasks. When we arrived for service, she told us of three new recall items just released. She told us all of the combined items would take most of the day — so she quickly arranged a loaner. Service completed flawlessly and picked the car up the next day. No muss — no fuss. Thanks again to the Gunn Honda service team!! More

Great dealership to buy a new Honda! I already know that Honda is a great product and was interested in a new CRV. I chose Gunn Honda because I had bought a Honda Civic there about 20 years ago. It was a great experience both then and now. The overall friendliness of the staff was amazing. My salesman, Cam Galasso, truly seemed to understand my preferences. He helped my choose the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. I appreciate that he took the time to effectively answer all of my questions and explain all of the operating details on the car. I love my new Honda CRV EX!!! More

Terrible customer service with military. Manny, would not give me his last name, in service department would not budge to look up my service record to help me reset my clock. Stationed overs Manny, would not give me his last name, in service department would not budge to look up my service record to help me reset my clock. Stationed overseas and I do not have access to my owner's manual and need a four digit code to reset the clock. Stranded now for the next three years without a clock or radio. Unbelievable. I thought Gunn was a family business that cared for Soldiers. More
