It took a long time to initially drop off my car because the employee was chatting for a long time (15 minutes) with a customer. The service itself didn’t take that long after they started working on it bu the employee was chatting for a long time (15 minutes) with a customer. The service itself didn’t take that long after they started working on it but it still took over two hours to do an oil change and tire repair. And then on top of that addition the supposedly repaired tire went flat on me the next day. I didn’t feel like dropping off the car again because I don’t trust them anymore. More

I was extremely impressed with my online buying experience with Gunn Honda. Frank, the sale rep made the entire process easy for me in choosing my new 2020 Ridgeline. Since I was unable to go to th experience with Gunn Honda. Frank, the sale rep made the entire process easy for me in choosing my new 2020 Ridgeline. Since I was unable to go to the dealership to pickup my new vehicle, due to working out of town at time, Frank delivered the truck to my wife to our home, after business hours, and took the time to demonstrate the many feature to her as well. I see Frank as a prize jewel for Gunn Honda for excellence customer service and patient with the buyer. More
