My 2007 Honda pilot was in for service. Turns out a lot needed to be repaired on the car. The service rep was very upfront with the costs and helping us to decide whether it was worth fixing the car or pos needed to be repaired on the car. Took auto in for non functioning air conditioner. Rosa took care of me and got me a loaner car. She also wrote up a state inspection.
