Great service!! You know how the car never acts up when you bring it to the dealer? I was near the dealer when the a/c blower motor stopped. Since I live an hour away You know how the car never acts up when you bring it to the dealer? I was near the dealer when the a/c blower motor stopped. Since I live an hour away I was hopeful that they could at least diagnose it and set up an appt soon for the repair. To my surprise they did it while I waited! Way beyond my expectations!! More

Pay for a tire patch...really? I feel like a fool for paying $25 to patch a nail that punctured the tire when Costco and NTB repair as a courtesy. My tires are the original that came with the car purchased at Gunn. I shouldn’t have to contemplate the purchase of new tire due to the price of a patch. After 15 years of servicing my car at Gunn and 3 vehicle purchases I’m done. Tired of overpriced oil changes and filters. Three different online Gunn service reps were useless and provided no follow-up. Asked for possible service coupons and was provided a link that referenced a shuttle ride from Gunn only. FYI, Red McCombs Toyota offers shuttle service to and from the dealership. Rating requests should be sent immediately after the service is completed not 2 days later. When, I’m ready to buy another Honda I’ll pass on Gunn. Too bad sales reps like Pete have to work for Gunn penny pinchers. More

More than I expected! I recently went into Gunn to look at used cars, not thinking I would be able to get something new. Great car buying experience Had read online that Gunn Honda treated their customers well, but after many other car purchases at other dealers, we were skeptical, to say rhe least Had read online that Gunn Honda treated their customers well, but after many other car purchases at other dealers, we were skeptical, to say rhe least! We went to Gunn twice, the first time to begin our research of all vans. We worked wirh Kevin both times, buying a 2018 Honda Odyessy the 2nd time. I have to agree the positive reviews were right! Everyone treated us well, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Van and never hesitated to answer any of our questions even when they were quite direct. Zach in financing was very helpful and straightforward about financing the car. We've all had a bad car buying experience in the past - working with Gunn was a breath of fresh air, a pleasure! We look forward to working w/Gunn as we go forward. Ask for Kevin if you stop by! More
