I asked her what then. She said I don't know, maybe you should talk to the manager. My only good experience was with Mr. DECENA from the business office and Denise from service dept. I called around the other dealerships and they provided me a cost at nearly half of Gunn’s initial quote for the same battery and same warranty. Great service I took my Honda Odyssey for service as the engine light was on. Denise was really helpful in taking in my vehicle even though I just walked in.
