My car was in for service due to a software update and was greeted by Robert A. He explained how the service department works and how the the process flows when I drive up for service going forward. Several items needed to be fixed or updated,besides the oil change I came in for! I was promised a certain amount of time to get the jobs done, but it was done sooner than I expected!
