Had a 4pm appointment for an oil change. I got off of work early so I called to see about getting in earlier. The man on the phone told me I could come through the express lube line so I headed to the de work early so I called to see about getting in earlier. The man on the phone told me I could come through the express lube line so I headed to the dealership. I arrived about 2:15pm and waited close to 30 minutes before a service member finally got to me. He then proceeded to tell me there was a 2 hour wait. I told him I had an appointment at 4 so I’d just come back then. I left and went to pick up my kids. Came back around 3:45 and waited another 30 minutes before being helped for my 4pm appointment. They then told me there was an hour and a half wait. I guess appointments don’t mean anything at this dealership. Now I have 2 kids and have to wait an hour and a half. I was told there was a nail in the tire and I told them they could patch it. Got vehicle back around 5:45 and went to pay and started asking about getting my windshield re-calibrated if I got it replaced. While looking into this the attendant noticed that I shouldn’t have paid for the tire patch as I had purchased a protection plan when I bought the car. He had to refund me and re ring everything up. Shouldn’t they know what kind of protection I have already? Makes me curious how many customers have gotten charged for things that they shouldn’t have. I will not be going back to this dealership for service or anything else. Worst experience ever. More
Joe was FANTASTIC! I brought my car in for service, he assisted me and kept me informed throughout. A part needed to be ordered, and he ensured when I brought it back that I was helped in a timely manner. assisted me and kept me informed throughout. Then to top it off, he followed up on my extended warranty and found that the part was covered and saved me money! Never have I had someone in the auto industry go this far above and beyond. He was extremely busy, but still managed to have impeccable service. Thank you, Joe! More
