To be honest, this are my 3rd visit here this month and my 1st visit I was not happy. I guess it’s true it is sweeter the second time around LOL. I had an appointment but they didn’t take my car until an hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant. When my car was done, they could not locate it and it took another 20 minutes to find my car hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant. Overall it’s a good dealer, usually don’t have any issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer. I was t issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer. I was told it was “almost done” and they’re” getting the paperwork”. It was over another hour. I get people are short staffed but I could have been told so I could go home!
