Staff very willing to accommodate customers needs. I took my 2020 Ram in for a minor recall issue. The service department made every effort to work with my schedule to bring the truck in. After listening to my concerns, he immediately offered to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. This is the type of customer service that will bring me back to this dealership for future purchases. I purchased a 2017 Winter Edition JKU Wrangler in March. There were some rust spots on the hinges that we agreed during the negotiation that HAASZ would take care of, and they followed through on their word There were some rust spots on the hinges that we agreed during the negotiation that HAASZ would take care of, and they followed through on their word. The used Wrangler came with a hard top and a soft top, which was still bundled in the Jeep from when it was purchased new. I didn't realize until the spring when I went to put on the soft top that it was missing a lot of the parts. When it was traded in, no one caught this error. I brought it to Mike's attention, and HAASZ went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without charge. I am now enjoying my Jeep with the top down. HUGE thank you to Michael Fulvimar, Tyler Kline, and Ryan Choong! HAASZ is a great company, will do business with them again. More
