Disorganized process The whole process was disorganized and took forever. At one point John went up to talk with Andy the sales manager and left me there for 20min. I had already made an offer online before I came in and was told it was doable. So I thought it was going to be quick. NOT! Ultimately I got the deal I wanted. Which was great! When I came back to pick up the new truck the paper work was not ready. I thought I had an appointment. John was asking for a check for the down payment before I even saw the final sales documents. He seemed very confused on what to do. It felt backwards. Shouldn't I be doing all this with the finance person? More
