Haasz Automall

Bad experience Haasz called me for at least a month straight telling me I was preapproved for a car. So finally I decide to go and see what they have. I get there ta Haasz called me for at least a month straight telling me I was preapproved for a car. So finally I decide to go and see what they have. I get there talk to them. They brought a jeep renegade and I told them I'm more interested in something like the Chevy Cruze or Chevy Malibu so then the salesman bring a Honda sonata and I said ok that one is a good one. The salesman says I need a cosigner which is confusing since I was supposed to be preapproved. Then he says well if we can't get you approved for this car I did get a approval for and older smaller car and I say ok what kind of car and how much then the salesman proceeds to say idk i didn't ask. xxx isn't your job to know the options a customer has. Needless to say they lied to me saying I'm preapproved to get me in their dealership just to leave without a car. I'm sure as xxxx not gonna agree to buy a car i know nothing about. Wasted my day big time when i could have tried somewhere they know there xxxx job. Not to mention the finance manager whose name I don't know yelled at like five employees while I was sitting there to buy a car very unprofessional More
