I had a sticky credit situation... What I loved most about Haasz was that when I went in and told them my credit sisuation they worked with me and found answers!! I have bought cars in the past and they will do everything possible to squeeze a down payment out of you if you don't have good credit but not at HAASZ!! I came in with crappy credit and an awful trade and left with my dream. Jordan- worked so hard to get me the car that I wanted, everything I asked he had an answer for me. Jordan carried himself in a friendly and approachable manner and made me smile and laugh during what is normally a stressful sisuation. I was blown away with his knowledge of vehicles. Greg- did amazing at financing me..... He got our payments almost $100.00 less than we expected and the best part?! Got us major surprise rebates!! When we were leaving, we were givin more contacts..... This was just incase we had any questions, issues and to make sure that we were completely satisfied. My Nitro I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is awesome! They are working all the "kinks" out of my car and I could not be more happier with them! I love my Nitro! They seemed to find a car that fit me! Since the last time it was in the "shop" - it is running better than it ever has! Only 1 last thing to repair- which is my airbag sensor! They are taking care of this next week! I went back and forth over which dealership to go to when I was looking for a new car. I went to several different dealerships- but none of them offered me the personal "touch" that I was looking for! Haasz made it work for me- and did not make me feel like I was just another number! So- with everything said- I have been very upset in the past over my Nitro- but I always knew it would be a great car! Thanks to Haasz for managing to get his car for me and for maintaining it! I am a very busy person- whom I am hard to get in touch with. Haasz has sent me e-mails, left messages and even has sent me letters through the mail! More

Buying 2 Dodge vehicles I started by dealing with Helene Miller at the Haasz Collision Center, who was very helpful. From there I dealt with Chris Tepus and Willie Jones who were exceptional to deal with in getting my vehicle fixed. Next I was contacted by Christy Cosma who insisted I look at trading my vehicle in on a new car. I then met Brennan Scott and Linda Sousa, who were both very professional and persistent in getting me to switch from GM to Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. I have owned 27 vehicles in the past 30 years (including 17 NEW vehicles from General Motors), and never owned a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. After meeting with Brennan Scott several times, he not only talked me into buying a NEW 2015 Dodge Journey for myself, but also a 2013 Dodge Avenger for my 19 year old son. This was made possible by working with Mary Scott and Andy Huzvar to get me the best financing rates and good trade-in values on my used vehicles. Bob Yoder sealed the deal by going over the vehicles with me and telling me what to expect. I am very new to the Dodge experience, but like most of what I've seen and dealt with so far.
