He wasn't pushy and was easy to work with. They were able to order my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock exactly to my specifications. They didn't try to push me to add anything but worked with getting what I wanted. The Jeep was even delivered early and they kept me up-to-date while I was waiting. I will definitely be back when I'm looking for my next vehicle! More

Worth the Drive from Cleveland! Just purchased a 2015 Cherokee Latitude from Ron Perie on September 28, 2014. We had tried to purchase a similar vehicle at a Jeep dealership in Pain Just purchased a 2015 Cherokee Latitude from Ron Perie on September 28, 2014. We had tried to purchase a similar vehicle at a Jeep dealership in Painesville, but we were told that our expectations for price and trade-in were unrealistic. Yet, Ron managed to do so within the first 30 minutes. We drove 40 minutes to get to Haasz, but it was certainly worth it. We felt no pressure and there simply was no haggling. After going to two other dealerships, we were dreading another wasted day of being told to settle for a different color since they did not have the blue that I wanted or pay more than we expected for another model. Ron got us the exact vehicle and color we wanted at a far better price than anything in the Cleveland area. I will definitely recommend Ron and the Haasz dealership to everyone I know. More

Friendly hard working staff. No pressure I have purchased several vehicles from Haasz over the years. They've always been good to me. They don't pressure you to make a sale, and in fact I have purchased several vehicles from Haasz over the years. They've always been good to me. They don't pressure you to make a sale, and in fact they have always put in the extra effort to meet me at my terms. The management, sales, and finance work very hard to make the buyer happy (and I don't make it easy on them). They provide that "hometown" feel when I walk in the door and they recognize me. If they don't have the exact vehicle I'm looking for on the lot, they'll locate it for me. We iron out the details, and they have it brought it. They don't play games that are normally associated with car/truck sales. No bait and switch, no special sale on only one advertised car to get you in the door, no high pressure garbage like telling you there is someone else looking to buy the exact car you're looking at, etc. Haasz knows how to get repeat customers. Treat them like people who are about to make a big commitment on a car/truck, not like a potential commission. It's pretty obvious to say I'd buy from them again, because I've already done it multiple times. Enough times that the salesperson I used to use has moved on. On my most recent purchase we talked with Christy Cosma, who continued to provide me the same service and attitude I expect to get when I go to Haasz. Well done, yet again, Haasz Automall. More

Love my 2014 Dodge Dart SE! No Place LIKE HAASZ I was just in on the 22nd and was able to purchase a Brand New Dodge Dart. I am so impressed with this car. And Greg's ability to make a deal Financi I was just in on the 22nd and was able to purchase a Brand New Dodge Dart. I am so impressed with this car. And Greg's ability to make a deal Financial deal happen. Mike Teter also did a great job showing me the available models and features. We needed a 2014 model because of the Chrysler Incentives and Rebates to negate my balance on my trade. We pulled it off and I drove home a very happy man in a brand new car. I came in with my old 2004 Caddy that had seen its better days a few years ago. It was time for a new car for the family. Thank you Mike and Greg and Haasz! There truly is no place like HAASZ! :) My second and not my last purchase. When it's time for a new car it will be from the expertise at Haasz! More

Best Service and Sales Department I had a problem with the panorama roof on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it Haasz because No. 1 I bought it there, No. 2 I purchased an extended I had a problem with the panorama roof on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it Haasz because No. 1 I bought it there, No. 2 I purchased an extended warranty there and No. 3 the dealership close tp my house can't even seem to get a simple tire rotation right. I have to say my total experience with the service department was excellent! Bob and Mike were concerned about my problems and I feel went out of his way to make things right. I'm very happy with the end result and my Jeep feels brand new again. When I bought my Jeep......Haasz was the ONLY dealership that was willing to take the time to try and find the vehicle I was looking for. Linda spend over 2 weeks and kept in constant contact with me. The other dealerships in my area only wanted to push their inventory on me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle. More

My wife and I went there I have been through many auto buying experiences in my life but this was the best experience I have had with an auto dealer. My wife and I went there expecting to be going home in our original car and the salesman - John Reed was a professional, non-pressuring, pleasant guy to work with. We purchased a Ram 2500 that night. We brought the truck back to check on back tire sensors and received a full check up and an update to the truck computer. (The sensors weren't bad. I didn't know the back tires required more air.) Our trip to the dealership was definitely worthwhile. My wife and I would come to Haasz again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks John! More
