I give Haase a rating of 5. I bought a 2010 Jeep Compass and have only taken it to Haase for service. I always feel welcome when I pull in the service bay. I am always updated on my service and how much more (or less) time until the Jeep is done. As a woman I have never felt that they are trying to sell\service me more then I need. Last fall I had an accident with a deer (the Jeep held up well) which ment a trip to the body shop. They delt with insurance for me so I didn't have to be the "middle" person, and did an excellent job repairing it along with coming in under the estimate. I have never been a big dealership person but since I bought an extended warrenty I wanted Haase to do all the service to ensure if I needed to use the extend warrenty there would be no complications about me taking it some where else. Now I would never think of taking my Jeep else where as I have to say I enjoy my visits to Haase. More
We went to Haasz on the advice of our son, who bought his own car there. We were looking for a Jeep or Chrysler 300. We selected the new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were not pressured or pushed in to buying anything which we really appreciated. The salesmen were friendly and let us take our time. We test drove 4 cars. The only issue we had was that because the cars are so new, the salesmen could not answer all of our questions. They told us that it had a navigation system, but after purchasing the car we discovered that we couldn't use it unless we paid for it. That was disappointing for us. We just hope that other items we were told were included are there, or we will be upset with that. I hope that we will enjoy this car. I think we will. More

I went into Haasz to get an oil change on my jeep patriot and had also received a letter about trading in my jeep, I decided to inquire and see what my options were. Rich was very patient and answered all my and had also received a letter about trading in my jeep, I decided to inquire and see what my options were. Rich was very patient and answered all my questions. I test drove the dart and the chrysler 200. Haasz was able to put me in a brand new 2013 Chrysler 200 that I absolutely love. There is not enough room to say all the good things I have to say about Haasz Automall. The respect and professionalism we have received by everyone in service has been awesome. We have never been treated that good at any other service garage. The service department staff has always treated my vehicles with the utmost care. When they give me an appointment time, when I arrive at that time, my vehicle is taken back right away. They have a great and comfortable waiting room where you can relax while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I would recommend to anyone to take your vehicles to Haasz Automall for service. :) More

I had been turned down for Financing everywhere else and Greg got the Deal threw and had me in my car within a few hours. Signed the paperwork and I was driving home in my Cadillac. Warranty was not honored I saw a 2005 Jeep Liberty for sale online. I was told that it had a 75,000 mile extended power-train warranty that would be transferred to me with the I saw a 2005 Jeep Liberty for sale online. I was told that it had a 75,000 mile extended power-train warranty that would be transferred to me with the vehicle purchase. I researched myself and found that Jeep only offers this to the second owner of the car. The car-fax stated that there were already 2 owners. The internet sales team stated that this was a glitch on the car-fax and the second owner was actual the dealership taking deliver of the car. I drove from NY to OH to make the deal. I was given paperwork from Geno (a circle talking stereotypical car salesman) stating that the car carried a 75k power-train warranty that would be transferred into my name. After I returned to NY with the vehicle, I sent the dealership all the paperwork they needed to sign to transfer the warranty into my name, but it was refused my Jeep. I was in fact the 3rd owner and not eligible to receive the transfer. Geno acknowledged that he told me i would have a warranty and the extremely rude finance manager, Greg Baxter, claimed there was never a warranty in the deal. 10,000 miles after purchasing the Jeep, the torque converter failed. After sending Jeep Corperate all of the claimed warranty documents which Geno included in the deal, they covered the work as a good faith courtesy. Jeep notified me that their dealerships are franchised and I would have to pursue Haasz Auto Mall legally on the false warranty. More

End of November 2012 I began communicating w/Haasz Automall in Ravenna Ohio regarding a specific vehicle that was on the lot for sale. Sent in required documents and on Dec. 14th received notificatio Automall in Ravenna Ohio regarding a specific vehicle that was on the lot for sale. Sent in required documents and on Dec. 14th received notification that "Our Finance Team has stated that they can extend financing to you... stop on by and choose your vehicle". I went and it took 3 hours and finally Dan explained the loan dept.'s had been closed for 3 hours. (Why was I waiting?) In the meantime, my credit was shopped to 19 yes 19 different lenders.. how do I know this? I have the denial for credit reports sitting on my desk! Also Dan told me that it will look like "One credit pull and not many, people do it all the time". So after waiting, Don gave me keys to one of the vehicles I was in contact with Denise about, two days later I was told to return the vehicle BUT- the first vehicle I was looking at that was said to be on the lot had been sold a week PRIOR to my original communique. Great. What's NOT SO GREAT is that my CREDIT SCORE DROPPED 32 POINTS over this "Credit Shopping" and NOW I CANNOT BUY A HOUSE. One final thing- they told me I would get my deposit back in 24 to 48 hours but it actually took 6 DAYS and my credit card was OVER LIMIT on my FIRST BILL. HAASZ has horrible business practices and I'm looking into what I can do legally to them- for what they've done to me. More
