I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with you regarding Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio. : I was in need of a new reliable vehicle due to the frame broke on my car. Due to li experience with you regarding Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio. : I was in need of a new reliable vehicle due to the frame broke on my car. Due to life's circumstances- my credit is not that great. I searched on line and contacted several dealerships with my needs and concerns. I decided to go with Haasz Automall because of the kindness and sincerity that was offered to me. Well, I purchased a car off of them- in which it turned out that it was a “lemon”. It was a used car. Several trips into the dealership was very frustrating- however Haasz continued to work with me giving me a loaner so I was not without a car. Finally we decided to get me out of the original car that I purchased- and into a different one. I am very pleased with my new car. It is much nicer than the previous one- and is exactly what I wanted to begin with.- also with a lower payment! With that said- if you want to be treated with respect without having a perfect credit score- than I highly recommend Haasz Automall. They did not give up trying to satisfy me until I was satisfied! More

I recently was having a terrible time with my vehicle and decided it was time to look into turning it in. Geno Gordon, the New Car Salesman, has helped me out tremendously! Geno has never once gotten upset with me calling him continuously and also has taken a lot of his own time to try his best to find me something that fits my taste. I recommend Geno to anyone who is in the buying process. He has treated me like Family and has allowed this buying process to be very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and if he hasn't known the answer to one of my questions he always finds out and calls me back. I def. recommend Haasz Automall and Geno Gordon. More

I went to Haasz to look at any deals and to try to trade my car in to get a truck. I told them the payment I needed and the vehicle I needed and wanted. Linda was quick to tell me exactly what they were c my car in to get a truck. I told them the payment I needed and the vehicle I needed and wanted. Linda was quick to tell me exactly what they were capable of doing for me and was straight up with me. The entire staff was very willing to help ensure I got the deal that worked best for me. They were fair on the price and I got better than what I expected. I am grateful to Linda for not giving me a line of garbage and doing everything she promised she would. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I am so excited to be driving my new 2014 Dodge Ram! More

I wasted 1.5 hrs of my life with these DISHONEST CROOKS ,after discussing with Brittney off and on for a week i told her what i could do and time!! RAISED THE PRICE $1000.00 ,they offered crap for my trade in ..it's a p.o.s i know but $500 come one...I told them what i wanted and what i could do on payments and they RAISED IT BY $100...so then it wasn't even affordable I WILL NEVER GO BACK, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !!!! STAY AWAY!!! ...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE (BIG) SALES ...THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY! and the car was $6000, thats not s@#% to them.... F-..... STAY AWAY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!
