The worst experience someone could ever have when purchasing a vehicle. Unprofessional, careless, lack attention to detail and disrespectful. Bought a used van. They handed over the keys with a cr purchasing a vehicle. Unprofessional, careless, lack attention to detail and disrespectful. Bought a used van. They handed over the keys with a cracked windshield, broken light, fob not working, and not clean (dirty with food and old receipts). Traded in van as other issues came about with AC not working in addition to not starting for unknown reasons. Then bought a new customized 2022. Went to drive the NEW van and it wouldn’t start. We sent it back, then they processed to send the van back to us with a broken windshield twice. They put unnecessary mileage on the van. Sent paper work with unprofessional cartoon characters on it. Would never recommend as they never showed appreciation or a thank you for business. More
