I received a friendly greeting when I walked in but did not feel pressured. Bob made me feel like he would do everything he could to help me get what I was looking for at the price that I was comfortable p not feel pressured. Sorry Haasz... I waited an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. Ridiculous. To top it off my bill was $17 higher than the online price through Haasz that I was expecting.
