They try to charge me $2256. 76 dólars. And they do only visual diagnostics. I told him that if I pay again they assure me that with that the leaking oil would be stop and he tol 76 dólars. I brought the car here in February to get it fixed because it was leaking oil. Apparently, they did a "professional" diagnosis, but it wasn't the continuous leaking oil. I brought it back because it's leaking oil in that area again. And they simply told me that the price is like that. I should clean the oil and see if it's fixed and if not, it's another fault. But that's supposedly why they do the exact diagnosis, so I don't have to spend money again. More

This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we sudd and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!! More
