Hagerstown Honda began operation in November 1990 and moved from our temporary location on Frederick Street to the I-70 Auto Mall in July of 1991. Many of our original 12 associates are still members of the Hagerstown Honda team as are many that joined our growing operation in the early 1990s. We are very proud that so many of our associates in all departments remain part of our organization.
In 1997, we added KIA vehicles to our product offerings and completed our new Honda building in 2000, which is twice the size of the new building completed in 1991. We have been very fortunate that many of our customers continue to buy their new and used vehicles from us year after year. We have grown to become one of the top Honda dealers nationwide and with over 3,000 customer deliveries each year, Hagerstown Honda is western Maryland's largest automotive dealer.
As we continue to grow and expand on our 15 acre complex, our goal is always to serve our customers' better. The internet has allowed our new customers to learn more about our service, our inventory and our commitment to customer satisfaction before they drive on the lot. The internet has also allowed our existing customers to make service appointments, purchase parts or just learn more about the exciting new products that come from Honda and KIA every year. Great experience I've been to many dealers and this one was the least hassle. Our salesman Joe was great!!! They are no pressure. I drove 2 cars that I liked. There was no pressure to look at other cars that I "might" like. I went through autotrader for a trade apprisal as well. I was expecting a ruined trip or a low baller offer for my car. Not here. I drove 2 cars and I was in and out within an hour with my new car. These guys are absolutely wonderful from the sales to finiance. I will be back for my next purchase. More

Excellent "low-key" buying experience No fuss, no muss buying experience. We knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase and got an "out the door" online quote from Ian. It was the lowest quo No fuss, no muss buying experience. We knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase and got an "out the door" online quote from Ian. It was the lowest quote we received, so we decided to drive out to Hagerstown. When we arrived at the dealership we were introduced to Ian who then handed us off to Blake, our saleman. Blake proceeded to take us on a test drive and explained every feature of the car. When we sat down to purchase the car the final price matched to the penny the "out the door" price Ian had quoted us. We settled the paperwork while the car was detailed, had one more feature review with Blake, and drove the car home. This is how car buying should work. More

They hide true facts about used car history This dealership only provides Autocheck reports. The Autocheck reports are unreliable and does not provide true history of vehicle. We were looking at a certified pre-owned 2012 CRV that Autocheck reported as a personally owned vehicle with no accidents or damages in history. Even when we asked for a Carfax report, they said they couldn't get one for us. They never revealed that they did not want us to know the true history of the vehicle. We are lucky that we decided to spend an extra $40 to check the Carfax report on our own. And guess what ?? The carfax report showed that the vehicle was a leased one and it has accidents and damaged in its history. We were stunned..... when we got back to the dealer with what we have found, they seemed cool about it and said "that's unfortunate"......... Don't go to this dealer. If you go, don't believe in their reports. Its worth spending $40 to check the true history of the vehicle that you are planning to buy before you end up paying $20,000 to buy the vehicle and then get fooled. More
