We were greeted by Mike Todd, who assessed my needs immediately instead of letting me try to go into a small vehicle he introduced me to the Kia Soul, which would meet my needs of more than just a immediate ride to replace the mechanical disaster I was driving. Mike allowed me to test drive the Soul without pressure to sale a vehicle. We talked about my current situation, my job and the needs in a vehicle. He also, seemed to know that I liked the "titanium grey" and looked to see that there was one available for me. But more important, he worked diligently to make the financing possible to drive away from the dealership that very night.
