New Sorento I did have an idea of what I wanted to buy. Mike made the buying experience very easy. He was able to get me in the exact model I wanted for a test drive. The best part was this was not a trip around the block only. We took it out on the Interstate, drove to my house to verify it would fit in the garage (I live close by the dealership). We took the back roads to drive back to the dealership. He went thru each vehicle with us and said it was just a matter of what makes you comfortable. The Sportage was cheaper and he could have easily pushed us to the higher priced vehicle, but he gave us the autonomy to make the decision. We did go with the higher priced Sorrento, but only because I am on the taller side and this vehicle was just more comfortable. More

A pleasant experience I had initially tried to deal with the Frederick, MD dealership but they made me feel they were not being honest. The sales guy was not able to give me a straight answer about the price difference between the base model and the plus model with no options - when I called him on it, I was led to an office with a sales manager or finance guy who proceeded to try and insult me in a crowded dealership. I walked out and called Hagerstown Kia. They had the cars on the lot, the sales guy was knowledgeable, and they were able to negotiate a reasonable price. I would deal with them again if the opportunity were there. More
