We had a great experience with Haldeman Subaru's service! Not only does the car feel brand new but the staff was SO accessible! We had a specific customer service person who followed up on everything with us Not only does the car feel brand new but the staff was SO accessible! We had a specific customer service person who followed up on everything with us by text! She even found us an additional $300 off by applying various promotions & encouaged us to contact her whenever we wanted an update or had questions. At other service stations I'd be lucky just to get someone on the phone at all! Haldeman Subaru is an extraordinarily customer-centered organization! I actually look forward to going back the next time I need a repair! More
