I’ve been to Haldeman twice; 1st visit was for the service & oil change and the 2nd for a Battery Charge. The office is clean, the restroom is very clean, the waiting area is large and there is a quie service & oil change and the 2nd for a Battery Charge. The office is clean, the restroom is very clean, the waiting area is large and there is a quiet waiting area as well. Refreshments are available. A screen shows movies: Hocus Pocus and Willie Wonka. You can wait or leave and come back. Since I have a Crosstrek and this is my closest Subaru, it will be my service center. More

Service department very friendly and helpful. I waited while the service was performed on my 2016 Subaru. They knew I had a time deadline to meet for another appointment. The multi-point inspection caught while the service was performed on my 2016 Subaru. They knew I had a time deadline to meet for another appointment. The multi-point inspection caught a failing battery (original equipment). They replaced the battery and completed the other service items I needed within the original time estimate. More
