I was charged double for a synthetic oil change by the service advisor after denying my coupon stating the promotion was not for their location. After investigating further, the coupon was specific to the service advisor after denying my coupon stating the promotion was not for their location. After investigating further, the coupon was specific to the Western Branch location and instead of getting a $60 oil change, I paid $160 for an oil change. I have called three times and left two messages for a service manager over a two week timespan with no return call. More
