Ford diesel truck was using coolant on a trip from Texas. Major problem diagnosed and repaired- bad head gasket, plugged oil cooler. Kept me informed, mechanic (Charles) took time to show me the vehicles p Major problem diagnosed and repaired- bad head gasket, plugged oil cooler. Kept me informed, mechanic (Charles) took time to show me the vehicles problems, and why it was a major repair. Everything is working correctly now. Even though it was a major job (cab had to be lifted off frame!) everything was put back together correctly. We are very pleased. We had never been to Elizabeth City or this dealership before.
