Hall Mazda

I first went to Hall Mazda in March 09 looking at an 09 speed 3 and loved the vehicle but was unable to purchase at the time. I had since been to other dealerships test driving similar vehicles of all dif speed 3 and loved the vehicle but was unable to purchase at the time. I went back at the end of July and Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 (manual). the same courtious service every time. the deal went very well. Thanks to Derrick and his team all questions were answered with the utmost profesionalism. Everything was explained at my level not obove or below. I would buy again from them. Keep up the Good work! I have purchased numerous cars from several different dealerships over the years although this was my first "new car" buying experience. I did not look forward to buying a new car because I didn't feel t dealerships over the years although this was my first "new car" buying experience. I only considered buying new because my wife insisted. We chose Hall because they offer a wide variety of cars and their dealership is in our neighborhood. I have to admit that, after all is said and done, my wife and I are both satisfied and impressed with the car, the terms, and especially the service that we received throughout the car buying process. The staff was courteous, helpful, patient, and very thorough. I will not only recommend Hall Auto to my friends, but I will highly suggest that they visit the location on Holland Road where I shopped. Knowing what we wanted to purchase and how much we wanted to spend, after doing a couple years of research of Mazda vehicles, we decided to give Hall Mazda some business. Although we were there to look at a pre-owned vehicle, he was very willing to show us all Mazda's available options after that vehicle didn't turn out to be the one we wanted. So we decided to look at a new Mazda 5. While we walked the lot and checked out a couple different models in the size we needed, the Mazda team did a great job getting maximum value for our trade in. The final pricing of the Mazda 5 for what we were looking for was very acceptable, and the trade in value made it a fairly easy decision to make. The finance dept worked hard to get us to the payments we required, and gave us lots of options to look over. The entire process only took a few hours, which included a couple test drives and walk throughs of the vehicles. Overall, it was a very pleasing experience and we would recommend David and any of the Hall Mazda staff to anyone looking to buy a new or used Mazda. ZOOM ZOOM! More

David's goal was obviously to make sure we got what we wanted. The "haggling" portion of the sale was painless. David and Calvin also made sure we got the maximum for our trade ins, which was a nice surprise, considering the age of the vehicles.
