I have had the pleasure of working with Jim McConville multiple times over the past 6 six, and the dealership for about 15 years! I have referred family and friends, including my son who bought his first multiple times over the past 6 six, and the dealership for about 15 years! I have referred family and friends, including my son who bought his first car from Jim! Every, single time, Jim truly listens to what I want and need and is always respectful of my budget. Despite knowing he needs to make sales, Jim is never pushy and doesn't try to scare me into making a purchase of any kind! Further, he is always so very patient which must be hard as I am very indecisive when it comes to big money decisions! I appreciate that he doesn't sell and bail, checking in throughout the finance process and following up, multiple times post sales! I always leave the dealership feeling that my time, wants and needs, and budget have been respected!
