We never felt that Jay was being pushy or overbearing, and he was very considerate to us. While we were waiting for finances etc. to clear during lunchtime, Jay went out to buy us lunch from a nearby restaurant without hesitation! I would happily recommend Jay, especially knowing what some car sales reps can be like. He will do his best to work with you, and treat you with a great deal of respect. More
