He was able to find the car and while I had to wait a month for it, he put in the extra effort to find what I wanted. The car arrived when he said it would. We are THRILLED with the Telluride, and the service that Jim provided. I only had to go in person to pick up the vehicle and sign finance papers -- everything else was done over the phone so that we could be comfortable and safe. It was a wonderful overall experience!
