She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I knew what I wanted and how much I could afford, and I liked the fact that I never felt any pressure to buy something else at another cost. She made the whole process so simple and did an awesome job answering any questions I had. I then met with Charles to sign the final paperwork, and he was just as nice and knowledgeable as Laura. No pressure from him either. They made the whole car buying experience simple, quick, and fun. If you are in the market for a new/ used car I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia! More

They treat you fairly and don't waste time giving you a run around on the price, making the process of buying a car stress free. The service department is top notch, easy to schedule appointments around your schedule. Even without an appointment I have stopped in to ask about a light on the dash popping on or low air pressure light only to have them be extremely friendly and able to squeeze me in and fix the issue and get me back on the road. Free car washes are great. We dealt with Justin Labuda with our leases and our purchase, he is exceptional. He is polite, patient, knowledgeable and funny. Oleg Gera was very helpful and informative with the financing end of the process. The overall experience was terrific, I highly recommend Halleen KIA of North Olmsted if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More

I called earlier on n the day and Spoke with Jim McConville on the phone and he made sure the vehicle I was interested was in lot and even put it to the side for me so it wasn't sold as I ventured an hour away to see it. upon arriving we were greeted at the door with warm welcomes and went out for a test drive. After inspecting the at and getting a feel for it, I've decided upon purchasing it. There was a bit of a wait as he went off to assist other customers but patience is virtue and I didn't necessarily mind. Finally I went to meet up with the financial consultant Dave (I surely hope that was his name, I'm better with faces) and he was more then helpful with with breaking things down for myself and even helped me save some money as I got move coverage over my car. Dave really understood how it can be somewhat overwhelming and went out of his way to help me out as best he could, I truly appropriated this. soon enough I was on my way and couldn't be happier, thank you to everyone at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted.
