A+ Experience thanks to Steve I have never enjoyed car shopping. In fact I normally dread it. There are far too many unethical, unscrupulous people out there making it a battle o I have never enjoyed car shopping. In fact I normally dread it. Do all the research, be absolutely clear in what you want before ever stepping foot in their stores, and when you think it is all worked out and you show up to finalize the deal, they switch the terms, don't have the car, and lie, lie, lie, and then lie some more. But not Steve. He was honest and upfront from start to finish. We first spoke on Thursday, and today my wife and I visited his store, and my wife drove home the exact car we were looking for. And we paid what we believe to be a fair price. No buyers remorse here. We are extremely happy. And for what it is worth, we drove 35 miles up the 405 from the South Bay for this deal. We have a Toyota dealership a mile from our home, 2 more within 10 miles, and 2 more within 19 miles. I had been in touch with several of these dealers. Here's the bottom line, traveling 35 miles on the worst freeway on the planet was worth it to deal with a straight shooter like Steve. Thank you Steve!!!! More
